I understand that each patient is unique and utilize a person-centered approach to care for patients with diabetes, thyroid or other general hormone issues. Endomedcare employs a direct care model for better patient-doctor relationships. My practice is a direct patient care model that serves uninsured, underinsured patients, or who would like flexibility for specialist care in hormone care, diabetes, weight loss, and lifestyle medicine.

Initial consultation – 60 – 120 min – $120
subscription $90 per month or $850 per year (three month commitment required)
Membership plans are useful for diabetes, weight loss or thyroid issues.
