This is a telemedicine visit. You are responsible for the payment of this visit as your insurance will not be billed. All existing laws regarding your access to medical information apply to this telemedicine visit. Video from our visit will not be recorded. HIPPA compliant video software is being used to maintain your privacy.
Risks of telemedicine include poor information resolution limiting medical decision making by your provider, delays in treatment from equipment failure, and inability to complete a full evaluation requiring an office visit. Benefits include the ability to receive care outside of a medical office.
